As a member of Earls Hall Baptist Church, you have a single vote in our annual general meeting for the election of elders and deacons. As you will be joining online via Zoom, this page allows you to anomymously register your vote. We're using a random word system so no-one knows who cast each vote and it also restricts it to one vote per member. If there are more than one in your household on the Zoom, you should each have been given your words. Please use each one once.
Once voting is open (look below for status) you should enter the word given to you and click 'Continue'.
You will then see a single name and beneath it will be 'Yes' and 'No'. Make your selection and then click the submit button. Keep in mind that you can only do this once so please make sure you've selected correctly.
Having clicked your selection, click on 'Submit Vote' to record it. You will be prompted for confirmation just to make sure you filled in the answers as you wanted to.
You will then see a confirmation thank you and a button to do the process again if there is someone else in your home who has their own word. For them, just follow the same process again.
Keep an eye on Zoom where we'll let you know when voting starts and ends.
Your vote has been recorded.
